Dear All,
We shall be celebrating our Escano reunion this coming January 19, 20, and 21, 2007. As such, the foundation has begun the preparations of creating what we endeavor to be a fun and exciting time for all of us. It shall be a great opportunity to get in touch and spend time with family members that we have not seen for many years.
The planned itinerary for this occasion shall be a dinner and show on the evening of the 19th, followed by a sports fest on the 20th at the Casino Espanol and finally a Sinulog celebration on the 21st. We shall be sending a more detailed itinerary once we have the venue confirmations.
As such, we are in the process of confirming with the respective establishments and are therefore requesting that each line make a donation in the amount of P25,000 (Twenty-five thousand pesos). The funds will be used as “seed” money for the various events which are being planned. You may contact the finance committee members as listed below to arrange the payments.
As we wish to make our reservations early and so as not to have scheduling problems, may we request that these donations be sent not later than July 30, 2006.
